- If you are like most of us, you are not taking the time to experience real stillness on a regular basis.
- Many people are resistant to the idea of stillness for several reasons. We do not believe we have the time to sit and do “nothing.”
- Twenty minutes of meditation each day is an awesome way to practice stillness on a regular basis. Start with 5 minutes, and work your way up to a more expanded time.
- Meditation and prayer are the most obvious ways to practice stillness, but they certainly are not the only option.
Be still each day for as much time as you can spare.
