Earth care, as it turns out, is really about self-care and other-care.
What we design today impacts how we live tomorrow.
For better or for worse, it impacts far into upcoming generations.

Love Poem to Earth
We have used you
as our refuse pile
While pressing you to serve
our ever-growing needs
You have repulsed our groping
and tried to corral us
It is us,
not you
the problem
We are the creatures
who must be tamed
Controlled with overheating,
tsunamis and plagues
Can we transform ourselves
into what we need to be
Lost beings
Riding your back through history and time
Can we learn
To be servants
And save you
while saving us
You
Our only home
Our refuge, our sanctum
For all time
While we still have time
