Above all, be true to yourself,
and if you cannot put your heart in it,
take yourself out of it.

Martina,
Beautiful post. I love self-affirmation statements. I try to live my live as much as possible through a philosophy of “I know I will succeed.” As you are well aware, it is not always easy and their are many negative emotions always trying to beat us down. I know for myself whenever I start to feel the negative I remind myself that it is just one moment in time and this too shall pass.

Thanks Aaron. Yes, it is often one day, and sometimes one moment at a time, but we must continue to believe in ourselves. We all have off days, but we can get through them. We have many times before.
